The Culinary Institute LeNôtre is a French-owned cooking school in the USA. It is the only one in the USA. It has been created and founded by Alain and Marie LeNôtre in 1998. The College is accredited by the American Federation Association of Chefs Societies.

At Culinary Institute LeNôtre, students will study both classic and contemporary culinary methods, learn to prepare hundreds of dishes and expand their knowledge of various topics related to the culinary arts including, for those enrolled in Associate Degree Programs, nutrition, menu development and wine fundamentals.

CIL offers 7 programs: four Elite Diploma Programs and three Associate Degree programs with the option of specialty electives such as Hotel, Hospitality and Restaurant Management, LeNôtre Sommelier or Advanced Artistic Skills of Pastry Décor.

Culinary Institute LeNôtre has developed a series of Seminars in Advanced Artistic Skills of Pastry Décorincluding studies in Specialty or Wedding Cakes Décor and French Chocolate and Sugar Showpieces.

The fame of the Culinary Institute LeNôtre grew from the success of its intensive hands-on training, small class size, and classic and innovative teaching from internationally experienced chef-instructors.

The Institute also offers saturday leisure, cooking, baking (Chef Club) and Wine classes (World of Wine).

To celebrate its 100th graduation, the Culinary Institute Lenôtre will host on March 6, 2017 the Lenôtre National Symposium on Pastry Arts. This exceptional event will reunite Chefs, professionals, partners, and friends of the industry to share their knowledge and new ideas. This full day event will showcase the talent and experience of participating pastry artists with an ACF Chocolate and Sugar Décor Competition, open to both Professionals and Students, with a minimum of $6.4K cash prize.

The symposium will feature a wide range of professionals in the dessert profession. From celebrity chefs and world leaders of the Pastry Arts tradition, this will be a congregation of the most talented minds and outstanding individuals around Houston area and beyond. They will come to network and befriend, compete and showcase, and exchange cultural values and pastry traditions.
